Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and resolving account inquiries.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
- Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory compliance, and security procedures.
- Assist with ATM maintenance and branch security.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or banking experience is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fraud detection and compliance knowledge is a plus.
