Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve complex client inquiries regarding accounts, services, and products
- Actively promote bank services and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and bank policies
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Safeguard cash assets and maintain balanced drawer throughout shift
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven track record in sales or upselling financial products
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail with minimal error history
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
