Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts accurately.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, verify data, and ensure timely payments.
- Support the accounting team with audits and tax preparation.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
