Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, translating abstract trends into actionable business insights.
- Conduct rigorous Horizon Scanning across technology, economics, and social behavior to identify emerging patterns and threats.
- Collaborate directly with the C-Suite to integrate foresight data into core business decision-making processes.
- Publish quarterly reports and white papers on the state of the future, establishing the company as a thought leader.
- Design scenario planning exercises to prepare the organization for volatile market conditions.
- Mentor a team of junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or high-level corporate strategy.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and their potential impact by 2026.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of cross-functional team management.
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar accreditation is a strong plus.
