Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 workforce transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging technologies (GenAI, Robotics, VR/AR) to forecast labor market shifts.
- Design ethical frameworks and governance models for the deployment of autonomous systems.
- Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Collaborate with HR and IT leaders to integrate futuristic tools into existing operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or futurism.
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale digital transformation strategies.
- Deep technical literacy regarding current and near-future AI capabilities and limitations.
