Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks including quantum computing integration roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning for AI governance and ethical algorithm deployment
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Design sustainable tech strategies aligned with ESG 2030 targets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, APF) preferred
- Exceptional strategic communication and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
