Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026 market impact
- Develop comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on future ecosystems
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with exponential potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing and executing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
