- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings translating complex future scenarios into executable plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech incubators, and global futurist networks to maintain intelligence edge
- Champion future literacy across the organization through training programs and thought leadership initiatives
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities using predictive modeling and probabilistic forecasting techniques
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on organizational roadmaps
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis) and scenario planning tools
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
