Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026+ business environments
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce white papers and predictive models for client advisory boards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify emerging market opportunities
- Advose on governance frameworks for AI and biotechnology integration
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
