Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product evolution and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging tech adoption curves
- Author quarterly trend reports influencing $500M+ R&D allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech-forward companies
- Proven expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or disruptive technology domains
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation tech
- Exceptional data visualization skills for complex trend analysis
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots
