Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities and innovation pathways
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies for portfolio acceleration and commercialization
- Establish metrics to track foresight accuracy and refine prediction methodologies
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful strategic transformation projects
- Experience with AI/ML, biotechnology, or sustainable energy trend analysis preferred
