- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce forward-looking scenario plans for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into commercial roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and systemic thinking
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation initiatives within tech-driven organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or strategic frameworks
