Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Produce executive briefings and white papers on future workforce and market evolution
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and technological convergence affecting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, sustainable tech, or human augmentation
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Experience designing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ technological inflection points (Web4.0, AGI timelines)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
