Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using data-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Produce actionable reports on societal shifts, regulatory impacts, and technological convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future market realities
- Curate and maintain Horizon's proprietary future intelligence database
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Experience in high-growth tech or aerospace industries essential
