Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging market disruptors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at industry forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD in Technology/Engineering preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work published in industry journals or conferences
