Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future opportunities through market simulations and competitive analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Integrate ESG and sustainability principles into long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent PhD preferred
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented in Fortune 500 environments
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
