Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic scenarios and risk assessments for emerging paradigms (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Design innovation frameworks for exponential technologies adoption
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven 2025+ visioning experience
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
