Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future scenarios using AI-driven simulation tools
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Author white papers on disruptive trends published in Harvard Business Review and Wired
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists (APF)
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy rate
