You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop future-proof roadmaps and position InnovateX as the global leader in next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce actionable foresight reports on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities shaping 2026 business landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
