Responsibilities

- Produce executive-level trend reports with quantitative forecasts and qualitative insights
- Design AI-powered decision support systems for long-term strategic planning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present findings to boards and investors through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Experience developing C-suite-level strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
