Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technological and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation frameworks for future-proofing product development and operations
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends affecting long-term strategy
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech, biotechnology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
