- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Produce actionable scenario-planning documents for global business units
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with future landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
