- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future scenarios into innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and trend impact assessment
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and futurist communities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario modeling)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
