Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future disruptions
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to 10,000+ industry leaders
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts across academia, startups, and R&D labs
- Translate complex technological trends into board-ready strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype 2026-viable business models and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of advising C-suite on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
