Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Design scenario-planning models for C-suite clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to 10,000+ industry executives
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging opportunities against commercial viability
- Represent the firm at global forums including Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (GenAI, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling ability
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
