- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author white papers on emerging ethical paradigms in automation
- Lead global workshops on anticipatory governance models
- Integrate foresight into product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in Monte Carlo simulations and causal layered analysis
- Experience advising governments on tech policy (e.g., AI Act)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning
- Track record of implementing future-proofed strategies
- Security clearance preferred for national security projects
