- Produce white papers and thought leadership publications positioning company as industry futurist
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026 market-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting long-term business resilience
- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision into product roadmaps with 18-36 month horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or C-suite strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of published future-scenario frameworks adopted by major institutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executable business strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations from foresight work
