Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance) and translate insights into strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market disruptions using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to align organizational roadmaps with future realities
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and product ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership in emerging fields
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological/societal shifts (peer-reviewed or industry-recognized)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering, or space commerce
- Mastery of foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, agent-based modeling)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
