Responsibilities

- Design innovation pipelines bridging emerging technologies with commercial applications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-era solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab

- Mentor junior futurists while establishing new methodologies for strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scenariio) and data visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
