- Conduct primary research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership preferred
