Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Author quarterly foresight reports published in industry-leading journals
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with $10M+ budgets
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary trend-forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review, HBR, or equivalent
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
