Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts implemented by organizations
