Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning initiatives across quantum computing, AI ethics, and synthetic biology
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future vision into corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and domain experts
- Monitor emerging regulatory and ethical implications of 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Policy
- 7+ years experience in technology forecasting or strategic foresight
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
