- Manage cross-functional research teams using agile methodologies
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2026+ scenarios
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Palisade, @RISK)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
