Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops on AI ethics, biotech disruption, and climate adaptation
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry-leading journals
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (peer-reviewed or industry)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ multi-year strategic implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
