Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test business models against future disruptions
- Design innovation frameworks integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable materials science
- Produce annual Future State Reports with predictive analytics and opportunity assessments
- Build cross-industry foresight networks through our exclusive 2026 Vision Council
- Translate complex futures into actionable product roadmaps and market entry strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
