- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership content and present at industry conferences
- Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging technologies through quantitative/qualitative research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
