As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts, anticipate market evolutions, and design resilient strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics for tracking emerging trend adoption rates
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory changes affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with data visualization skills
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
