Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with human needs
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and external partners
- Translate future insights into product development frameworks and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and lead a dedicated futures intelligence team
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research with tech focus
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and strategic foresight tools
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable outcomes
