Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Produce quarterly Future Intelligence Reports with predictive modeling
- Advolve on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners
- Secure speaking engagements at Davos, SXSW, and TED-style forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of predicting industry-defining shifts (2018-2023)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Portfolio of successful 5-year strategic roadmaps implemented
