Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to inform 2026 strategic priorities
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision frameworks
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into measurable KPIs for product roadmaps and R&D initiatives
- Publish thought leadership pieces on future trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or implemented strategic initiatives
