Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-vintage initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-focused publications
