- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions with R&D teams
- Present trend insights to executive board and investor stakeholders quarterly
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation adoption and ROI
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative/qualitative research background with data storytelling skills
- Certification in futures studies or innovation management preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or sustainability sectors
