- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Mentor junior innovation specialists on foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurism roles
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence trends
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong network within global innovation and tech ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
