Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with company vision and emerging industry paradigms
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for alternative futures
- Translate foresight research into product innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior team members in futures thinking methodologies and strategic frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
