Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions (AI, quantum computing, bio-tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities with 3-5 year impact
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical implementation of transformative technologies
- Present executive briefings on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with commercial viability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
