Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing breakthrough projects in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions for market validation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid iteration of future concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
