Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap aligned with emerging market trends and business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, automation, blockchain) to optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, strategy, or business development.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing budgets of $5M+ annually.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of fostering high-performance cultures.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation and future-of-work trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
