Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with tech focus
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech commercialization pathways
- Experience developing scenario plans for 5+ year strategic horizons
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex trends to stakeholders
- Portfolio published in journals like MIT Tech Review or Harvard Business Review
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
