- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for key stakeholders
- Identify and build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
